Project Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines depend on the selected plan and project complexity:

  • Starter Website: 5–7 working days
  • Business Website: 7–14 working days
  • Premium Website: 14–21 working days
  • E-Commerce Website: 21–30 working days

  • Additional feature requests
Project Agreement

Once the project scope, pricing, and requirements are finalised, a service agreement is confirmed. This ensures clarity, transparency, and a smooth working relationship for both parties.

Work begins only after:

  • Final approval of scope
  • Required details are shared
  • Advance payment is received
Revisions Policy
  • Additional revisions or major changes may incur extra charges
  • Revisions included depend on the chosen plan
  • Revisions apply to design and layout, not complete redesigns

Clear feedback helps ensure faster delivery.

Delivery Process

Once the project scope, pricing, and requirements are finalized, a service agreement is confirmed. This ensures clarity, transparency, and a smooth working relationship for both parties.

  • Design previews are shared for review
  • Revisions are applied as per the selected plan
  • Final website is delivered after approval
  • Website is launched on the client’s domain or handed over for deployment

All projects are delivered in fully functional, tested condition.

Client Responsibilities

To maintain project timelines, clients are expected to:

  • Provide content (text, images, logos) on time
  • Review designs and give feedback promptly
  • Communicate changes clearly

Delays in feedback may extend delivery timelines.

Post-Delivery Support
  • Basic post-launch support included (as per plan)
  • Ongoing support available through Monthly Maintenance Plans
  • Major updates or new features are treated as a new project
Scope Changes

Any request outside the agreed scope:

  • Will be reviewed
  • Quoted separately
  • Scheduled based on availability

This ensures quality and fairness for all projects.

Payment Terms
  • Advance payment required to start the project
  • Remaining payment due before final delivery or launch
  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
  • Payments once made are non-refundable
Termination

WBYB reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate services for violations, abuse, or non-payment
  • Terminate a project if communication or cooperation becomes unreasonably difficult
  • Terms are violated
  • Payments remain overdue
  • Misuse or illegal activities are detected

Clients may terminate services by providing written notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

WBYB shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities)
  • WBYB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • We are not responsible for third-party services, plugins, or hosting issues (Issues caused by hosting providers, updates, or user actions)
  • Clients are responsible for content legality and approvals

Our liability is limited to the scope of the agreed service.

Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not share sensitive information except where required by law or with client consent.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, unless otherwise agreed.
